Results of the study on the regional innovation observatories
There is a need for coordination of regional and pan-regional efforts dealing with the collection and provision of important information on regional innovation in Europe. The Commission is organising the first European SME week to inform SMEs about available support at EU and national level and to encourage more people to become entrepreneurs. The SME week will be a European umbrella campaign for activities that take place throughout Europe.
