About IRE Working Groups

Three IRE subgroups of regions have been established with support from the IRE Secretariat. They focus on regional innovation systems, innovative clusters and knowledge transfer. For each topic, subgroup members will develop knowledge and methodologies that can be used by other European regions. Two previous subgroups which run 2004-2006 focused on university-industry collaboration and cluster development.
