The globalisation of the goods, capital and labor markets provides some new challenges and opportunities for the ICT sector that many SMEs are unable to answer on their own. This conference aims at finding novel solutions and demonstrating the advantages of clusters and joint market activities with the presentation of inter-company cooperation examples.

The conference is practical oriented, supplying the participants with real life
examples of successful and unsuccessful cluster and partner initiatives. The conference is aimed at two different target groups: enterprises in the ever-changing Central and Eastern European ICT industry and professionals from organizations focusing on economic and regional development.
